Hi lads....for those still having passion for working in hospitals, Denmark is currently looking for nurses.I guess nurse/paramedic/doctors shortage has caught up with them.
Just like the USA,UK and Australia, they are going to look at every region around the world. Gone are the days were nurses from a particular country were being favored.Countries like German,Kenya,South Africa,Zimbabwe,Uganda,Nigeria,Phillipine,India,Malawi and Zambia have had a share of there nurses moving to countries like UK and Australia.
Australia has a very good program in place for recruiting doctors, nurses and its not like in USA and UK were they want to act like third world country nurses or paramedics got certified/registered from a village nursing school [hope they wont blog here]
I wish the World nursing Council,Doctors Council would play a role in helping of the respective skill holders to practice in the countries of there choice by certifying each practice ,be nursing, doctors or paramedics

Well its a weekend got to catch up with some friends leaving for DRC on Landmine Surveying. The teams have four medics and hope they will manage to cope up with malaria treatment in central Africa. I hope they will carry enough drugs like Coartem for malaria treatment.
