Uranium One is seeking applications from enthusiastic people with a “can do” attitude for the role of Industrial Medic / Emergency Response Officer to support our Australian operations.
You must currently hold an industrial medic qualification and a minimum of 4 years industry experience, preferably in mining. Duties of this position will include:
• Develop and implement appropriate safety, occupational health and environment standards, Provide advice to managers and supervisors on all aspects of medic and emergency response issues
• Develop and manage the emergency response programs for the Honeymoon Project, including policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Prepare and deliver emergency response and medical training across the organisation
• Contribute to mine emergency planning and response
