A rare position has become available for an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join our Security Department as a Medic Coordinator.
Reporting to the Development Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of 21 Medics. You will be involved in preparing and delivering training packages, sourcing external training when required, performance management of staff and overseeing / reviewing current Medic practices.
We are seeking an individual with strong communication skills who can develop and maintain the effectiveness of the Security Medic team by providing strong and innovative leadership to ensure safe and effective customer service and continuous improvement.
To be considered for this role, you will be required to demonstrate:
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
Current Senior First Aid Trainer Qualification
A current registered nurse or proven experience in Pre Hospital Care (St John Emergency Response and Industrial Medic qualification)
Previous experience in managing teams
Proven negotiation skills
Business experience in auditing and budget projection
