SRCS[Saudi Red Crescent Authority]are looking for qualified Ambulance Paramedics with a minimum of 5 years experience post qualification or Intensive care paramedics with 2 years post qualification field experience.
The paramedic works with a Saudi trained EMT in a rapid response vehicle. They are responded to calls requiring Paramedic intervention carrying ACLS drugs and advanced airway management equipment. The Paramedic has the highest clinical decision making authority in the field however requires flexibility to adhere to cultural requirements and laws of KSA. Fluent arabic is not a requirement but to ease communication simple phrases for patient communication are useful. Documentation of health care records in KSA are recorded in English.
The paramedic needs to be in good health passing a medical screening to obtain the initial VISA and a repeat medical upon arrival in KSA to obtain the working permit.
The Paramedic works a rotating roster which includes day and night shifts. Paramedics provide an important mentoring role to EMTs.
Salaries are tax free in KSA and commence at US$40,000 plus benefits
