An exciting opportunity currently exists for a motivated individual to join Bechtel’s Yarwun 2 Construction team in the role of Site Paramedic. Reporting to the ES&H Manager, this role provides medical/first aid services to all employees on the construction site.

In this role you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including:
- respond to emergency situations and direct operations accordingly
- administer first aid treatment to injured or ill personnel
- review and update the project Medical Directives
- administer the Drug and Alcohol Program
- prepare and maintain medical reports
- supervise and train First Aid/Rescue Teams
To be successful in this site based position, you will be a Registered Nurse (QLD) or an Advanced Care Paramedic with experiences in PHTLS and/or Pre-Hospital. You will be able to work Monday to Friday from 6.30am – 5pm and have the capability of working at heights and confined spaces if required.
