Position Summary:
Plan and implement a medical support program to maintain the health of the protective detail.
General Purpose:
Plan and implement a program for the treatment of minor injuries suffered, and the stabilization and preparation for transport of injured personnel.
Position Responsibilities:
• Plan and implement a medical support program (preventive and corrective) to maintain the health of the protective detail
• Plan and implement a program for the treatment of minor injuries suffered by the protective detail during the performance of their duties
• Stabilize and prepare for the transportation of injured personnel or personnel with sickness that warrants transfer to a higher level medical facility
Essential Skills and Experience:
• U.S. Citizen
• Trained and certified to current, U.S.- recognized, acceptable standards
• Able to provide proof of certification and current medical license
• Eight (8) years experience as an attending physician
• Able to obtain a Secret Clearance
• Must have no felony or domestic violence conviction. Record of recent recurring misdemeanors may adversely impact candidate’s suitability rating
• Employment with Triple Canopy is contingent upon a favorable background check to include no serious financial problems in the past seven years
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
Must be prepared to live and work in an austere environment. Must be willing to work seven days a week, 12 hours a day.
