The Opportunity:
Due to our continued growth and expansion, we are now seeking an experienced Offshore Paramedic who has a passion for remote work and high quality care to join our Site Services team on a full-time fixed-term contract. In this role, you will be responsible for the provision of professional and efficient emergency services such as patient support and injury treatment/management.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Emergency response;
- Emergency primary care of injured workers;
- Liaison with all stakeholders within the workers compensation system;
- Training and development of site personnel;
- Reviewing and updating safety and health procedures.
The Successful Candidate:
The successful applicant will be flexible, dynamic and work well in a team environment. You will have demonstrated experience working offshore in a similar capacity, excellent organisational skills and exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Qualification in Paramedical Science or similar disciplines and possession of a Certificate IV in OSH and TBOSIET would be essential for the role.
