Job Description : Medical Director required to join a well established Global CRO with an excellent international reputation in their office in Prague, Czech Republic. Reporting to the Senior Medical Director based internationally the Medical Director will be responsible
for the following:
- Provide overall medical expertise on drug development
- Study Design, Study Protocol generation.
- Line Management to a team of Project Associates
- Oversees the expert study reports and publications
- Provide training to staff members
- Support Business Development functions
The ideal candidate will have the following expertise:
- Medical Doctor / Licensed Physician
- Proven Project Leadership and Management experience
- Excellent knowledge of the local regulatory requirements
- Experienced in writing clinical study reports and pharmaceutical related documents
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate a team.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) and Czech.
- You must have the right to live and work in the Czech Republic
