The role:
Post-incident treatment of all injuries
Inter-facility transfer of medical patients
All aspects of first-aid on the mine
Attending to Injury on Duty calls on the mine
Assist in all rescue operations
Assist in Occupational Health Medical Surveillance Testing
Do risk analysis in as well as outside the mine
Ad Hoc Tasks
Requirements:
Grade 12
Applicants must be in possession of A.E.A Certification
2-3 years relevant experience
Candidates must be in position of code 10 licence (please attach
copies of qualifications on application)
Candidate must be in possession of a PDP licence
Applicants must be registered with the HPCSA
Remuneration:
The initial salary will be determined in accordance with Kumba
Iron Ore regulations.
This is an Anglo Band 8
