As part of the application process, all candidates are required to enter through the Medical Support Group Selection Program, which is set to take place in late 2011. Candidates are responsible for all travel to and from the site. Food and lodging will be provided by RMI during the program. Regardless if you are selected for future employment or not, all will receive approximately twenty-hours of continuing medical education for participation in the program. This is an invite only event. Minimum Requirements for Entry in Selection currently licensed as a EMT, Paramedic, Nurse or equivalent with minimum two years experience (preferably 5 years or more). BLS, ACLS and PHTLS (or ITLS) certifications. ability to successfully pass a comprehensive background check. ability to travel internationally without restriction.
Compensation
Compensation is very competitive. Full-time employees receive a regular salary, performance bonuses, ability to participate in RMI' s 401(k) program, and a comprehensive health benefit package. In addition, all employees are entitled to company-funded training and advancement.
