who works well independently and as part of a
team . The individual must have the skills to
communicate effectively with patients, co -
workers, and business clients . Understanding
and experience in corporate and occupational
health is a plus. Remote medical experience ,
including working in climate extremes , is
advantageous . Candidates with certification or
professional training in digital imagery are highly
desirable .
Selected candidates will work as part of a clinical
team – which includes Physicians , Nurse
Practitioners , RNs, and EMS - at an on- site
medical center . Healthcare staff will be providing
primary care and emergency support to the local
employee population , and will be supported by
a clinic medical director . Work will be performed
on a rotational basis , with full room and board
while on -site .
The Person
· Current registration as an EMT-P with the
Alberta College of Paramedics
· Advanced Cardiac Life Support ( ACLS)
certification required
· Computer proficiency
· Proactive and solution focused
· Remote and industrial experience , including
working in climate extremes , is advantageous
