Job Description
To provide
effective medical care and manage the Hotel Clinic. Support associates
around the clock for medical care at the housing and hotel.
Requirements
Preferably with experience in the same field.
Responsibilities
To assist associates
who are in need of medical assistance. To fill all first aid boxes on a
regular basis. To support the medical examination of associates for
employment visa at the Dubai Municipality clinic. Refer the associates
to clinics/hospitals based on the needs of the associate. Solicit
Medical Insurance certificates/cards for the associates. Assist the
associates to settle their claims form the insurance company. Monitor
and control sick leaves on a monthly basis.Conduct mini orientation
about the medical procedures for new hires. Support the HR associates
during free time.
