Tetra Tech EMC is
currently recruiting Medical Technician (Medic) to serve on the US
Department of State/INL International CJPS mission. Positions and
locations are contingent on task order award. Duty location may be in an
austere environment.
Job Requirements:
Provide health care services to
patients per the direction of the Medical Manager. Examine patient and
compile patient medical data, including health history and results of
physical examination. Perform procedures such as injections,
immunizations, suturing and wound care, and scheduled random drug
screening. Instruct and counsel patients regarding compliance with
prescribed therapeutic regimens, emotional problems of daily living, and
health maintenance. Knowledge and practice of Emergency Preparedness,
Safety and Security, Infection Control, Patient Rights, Risk Management,
etc. Adhere to local medical standard operating procedures.
Job Requirements :
Qualifications
Vocational/Technical
training from an accredited institution or the military. Current
EMT/Paramedic License (or equivalent). Basic Life Support (BLS) Card (or
equivalent) and a minimum of two years related experience. Global
experience preferred.

· Must be able to pass a required company background investigation;
· Must be able to pass medical, psychological, security, and drug screening;
· Experience in a multicultural environment;
· Ability to communicate in English (read, write and speak).
