Aspen is currently seeking applications from suitably qualified doctors looking for opportunities within retrieval medicine
Long and short term positions are available in support of our rotary wing services in the Solomon Islands and Timor Leste
• Access to CPD opportunities
• Aircraft Safety and Winch training, as required
• HUET
• Personalised PPE
• Accommodation & meals
Duties include:
• Rotary wing retrieval in support of civilians, ADF and AFP personnel
• Leading trauma and resus teams in well-equipped,deployed hospital facilities
• Primary Health Care and in-patient management of ADF and AFP personnel
• Participating in ongoing education and teaching with other members of our multi-disciplinary teams
Experience, qualifications and documentation
required:
• Career Medical Officers with emergency, critical care and or retrieval medicine experience; or
• General Practitioners (FRACGP) with retrieval medicine experience
• Australian or New Zealand Registration
• Current EMST highly desirable
