
Requirements:
Appropriate 3 year degree/diploma in Emergency Medicine/Nursing.
Minimum of 2-year experience in a similar capacity.
Intimate knowledge of all aspects of rendering emergency medical care at an Advanced / Intermediate Life Support Level.
Working knowledge of all aspects of pre-hospital emergency medical interventions.
Knowledgeable about federal / local ambulance regulatory requirements.
Initiative to learn new skills and tasks as they apply to the support of the ambulance service and the medical treatment facilities.
Must be physically capable of all operational duties involved with an Intermediate Life Support based Ambulance Service.
Previous work in Dubai Police Ambulance Service is an added advantage.
Provide emergency medical treatment for all patients of EHL Ambulance Services as per Dubai regulatory body guidelines.
Customer service skills.
Telephone skills.
Good team player and works independently.
Written and oral communication skills.

Provide emergency medical treatment for all emergency calls.
All treatment shall fall under the Dubai regulatory body guidelines and protocols as per Dubai regulatory body licenses.
Complete Ambulance Return Forms as per EHL standards.
Complete Ambulance Trip Sheet in conjunction with Ambulance Driver.
Works to ensure a cohesive team in the EHL Ambulance service.
Performs other job-related duties, responsibilities and improvement-related activities that maybe assigned by immediate superiors.
Initiative to respond to unpredictable work patterns and deadlines.
Problem solving and reacting to constant change.
Ability to handle stressful situations e.g. staff shortages, increased workload, etc. and handle them with ease.
Ability to handle confidential information.
Dealing with co-workers, patients in high stress situations.
Perform pre-hospitalization assessments, initial treatment protocols in accordance to local regulatory guidelines.
Safe and timely transport of patients.
Maintain good inter & intra personal skills.
