The scope of the ambulance services department includes:
Provide 911 emergency calls for VIP patients, Royal Palaces, and calls from the hospital's housing compound
All CTAS triage levels
Receiving and delivering Medevac patients
Inter-hospital transfers
Radiation Therapy shuttle
Requirements:
Completion of a MINIMUM two (2) year accredited ASSOCIATE's DEGREE paramedic training program from a North American college, technical school, or university.
Must be a Registered Paramedic with Advanced Cardiac life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advance Life Support (PALS) certification.
Must hold a current/active Paramedic license.
Canadian Trained Paramedic: Must have a minimum of five years current full-time experience working as an Advanced Care Paramedic in Canada.
American Trained Paramedic: Must have a minimum of five years current full-time experience working as a Nationally Registered Paramedic (NREMT/P) OR have 5-7 years experience working as a State licensed Paramedic in the USA.
Due to work visa restrictions, the position is reserved for MALE candidates.
