Quality HealthCare Medical Services Limited is a physician led provider group offering an integrated range of healthcare services including facilities management, third party plan administration and paramedical support. The Group provides care for our private and corporate contract patients through a network of more than 580 Western and Chinese medical centres, and 47 dental and physiotherapy centres. In 2010, our network recorded more than 2.8 million healthcare visits. We also operate Hong Kong’s longest-established nursing agency and one of our medical practices has been serving Hong Kong people for over 140 years.

We are actively expanding and are recruiting the following position:
Duty Nurse, Customer Services Department
Responsibilities:
Handle enquiry for specific nursing hotline e.g. insurance co. etc
Assist in complaint handling
Up keep of team communication and schedule regular meeting and effective training in medical terminology
Assist in quoting surgical fee & fee schedules for specialists & other related medical costs
Supervise handling of approvals, emergency admission/ urgent OPD services
Assist in handling sales related calls & e-mails
Requirements:
Enrolled / Registered Nurse registered with The Nursing Council of Hong Kong
Operation Theatre experience preferred
Good computer skills including MS Office
Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin is an added advantage
Mature, patient with good telephone manner
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Shift Duty is required
