Description:
The Nurse is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of nursing care delivered to Qatar Airways employees. Accountable for the evaluation of the effectiveness of the nursing system.
Key Accountabilities: managing the Medical Centre, the relevant staff and emergency situations and ensuring tidiness and maintenance of the facility and ascertaining an efficient nursing service is provided. Deliver nursing care to QR employees and supervise first aid kits/medical emergency kits. Administer first aid in case of emergencies, avoiding delays and ensuring the facility is fully equipped at all times. Maintain and update Medical Centre manual, statistics and continuing medical education.
To be a successful in this role you will hold a Diploma / Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution with a minimum of 05 years post qualification experience in a large medical facility. The candidate should have proven experience in Casualty / Emergency units. A committed mature person with excellent nursing knowledge ability to manage a large workforce. The candidate must be compassionate with good Clinical, Administrative and analytical skills. Preferably with Occupational Nursing experience and has NHA license.
