Job Role: ELG FZE on behalf of FrontierMEDEX are currently inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced Advanced Life Support Ambulance Supervisors, to provide field training and assessments to an international workforce with varying levels of ability.Suitable candidates must have experience in emergency care in a clinical, pre-hospital or occupational setting, and have the ability to undertake transport of critically ill patients in armoured ambulances.
The successful candidate will be responsible for 25 ambulances, including 5 armoured vehicles, in up to 16 locations. Duties include, but are not limited to, driving armoured ambulances off road and at high speed, providing immediate medical response and transporting patients to Basra airport for international Medevac. The individual must be organised, computer literate and have strong managerial skills. Further administrative duties include coordination of medical training and management of ambulance inventory.
Experience/Qualifications:
Minimum of five years’ post-graduate operational and supervisory experience in emergency ambulance operations
In date Nurse/Paramedic Professional Registration
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
Trauma Management certification (ATLS, ITLS or PHTLS)
LGV C1 Driving Qualifications (or equivalent) is preferred but not mandatory
Previous remote site experience
Good levels of health and fitness
Good English language skills
