You are responsible for the development and revision of the training curriculum, syllabus and training resources. Your challenge lies in using the latest pedagogy to optimise acquisition and retention of knowledge and skills, as well as creating a conducive learning environment that allows trainees to engage in self-reflection and self-directed learning.
You must have a Degree in Nursing/Health Sciences. Possession of an EMS/Paramedic Level 4 certificate as well as effective leadership skills, good management experience and strong problem solving skills is advantageous.
