Responsibilities:
Attend to Barge Medical and Emergency Cases
In-charge of barge sanitation and hygiene inspection. Conduct weekly Health and Hygiene Inspection with Client Rep, Camp Boss and Safety Officers
Record daily patient visit, make statistic and analysis report
Monitor catering crew medical records, personnel hygiene comply with HACCP Standard
Consult ISOS Doctor on serious medical emergency on board
Report to Safety Department on any injury case or Occupational Health
Medical Consultation: Anamnesis, physical examination, simple laboratory and medical diagnostic minor surgery, medical treatment, etc.
Promotive and Preventive Service: Health promotion and safety talk, worksite inspection, medical check up planning, implementation, evaluation, and advises.
Provide Occupational Health Program: Health hazard identification, health hazard risk assessment, implement and support Occupational Health and Industrial Hygiene Program, Physical and Health fitness for work.
Requirements:
Expert/professional, experienced and well-trained
Valid medical fitness certificate for offshore work certified by qualified hospital by PTTEP acceptable to COMPANY / CONTRACTOR.
Valid certificate of the basic first aid and safety training and sea survival training.
Certified on emergency response (Advanced Trauma Life Support – ATLS)
Certificate on Advance Cardiac Basic Life Support (ACLS) and experience in use of Deflibirator
Computer skills (for reporting, email, administration, inventory etc.)
Covered by Jamsostek and adequate insurance
Certificate for Medical Doctor / Paramedic issued by a recognizable body in Thailand.
English Speaking.
