Job Role
As a Hotel Nurse, your main responsibilities will be:
Ensures all Colleague's Medical Examinations are arranged and done periodically.
Assesses Colleague's general health condition and refer to appropriate Hospital or Health Centre for further management and treatment when necessary.
Provides primary health care services to all Colleagues in general.
Reports to Human Resources Manager any Colleague with unusual diseases and any occurrence of minor or major accident.
Coordinates with Colleague's Attending Doctor and follow up, discuss and plan the necessary intervention and care to be provided.
Documents any pertinent information related to employee's health status in the Medical file while preserving employee's confidentiality.
Provides health teachings to Colleagues and assist in maintaining optimum health.
Ensures adequate supply of medications and other necessary items in the Medical Clinic.
Participates and attends Training Programs for Colleague related to Health, Hygiene and Safety.
Ensures First Aid Boxes are adequately stocked and checked in regular basis.
Ensures that every Colleague conforms with the Hotel's policy on Health, Hygiene and Safety and reports any variances to the Human Resources Manager.
Launches approved programs related to health that could be of benefit to all Colleagues.
Ensures safe administration of non-steroidal and non-narcotic medications to Hotel Colleagues and likewise establishes control on the usage of such.

Qualifications
- Female
- B.S. Nursing Graduate - CERTIFIED NURSE
- At least 2 years experience in hospitals
- Preferably with Bahrain Nursing License
- Good English communication skills both oral and written
- Basic computer knowledge
