ELG FZE on behalf of UnitedHealthcare Global are currently inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced Argentinian Offshore Nurse to provide medical welfare support to the ship and seismic crews during seismic surveys. Duties include fitness and First Aid training sessions for the crew and promotion of lifestyle issues including alcohol awareness, safe sex and healthy eating. Responsible for health and hygiene inspections and advising on other safety issues, assisting with general administration and computer based reporting.
Experience/Qualifications:
Must be an Argentinian passport holder
Previous offshore experience is preferred but not mandatory
Minimum of two years' post medical qualification work experience, preferably in an emergency setting
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
Trauma Management certification (ATLS, ITLS or PHTLS)
BOSIET Offshore Safety and Survival certificate, to include Helicopter Underwater Escape Training (HUET)
Certificate of medical fitness
Computer literate
Excellent English language skills
