The Opportunity
Reporting to the Head of Health & Safety and Security; the successful candidate will provide advice on corporate strategy in the promotion of a positive wellbeing culture within Almarai. You will be responsible for providing specialist guidance to staff members, managers and related professional services through the development of a full occupational health programme. You will be instrumental in the development of new initiatives and training programmes that actively promote a positive heath culture together with the management of sickness & absence & workplace assessments.
This position is likely to suit an existing Corporate Occupational Health Advisor. Experience of environmental management in a multinational organization is highly desirable

Essential or desirable requirements
- Registered Nurse [ RGN] or equivalent meeting recognised international standards
- Ideally holding a post registration qualification [ degree / diploma] in Occupational Health
- Demonstrable experience in corporate/community public health
- Minimum 10 years experience working in the occupational health field to a corporate level
- Demonstrable communication, analytical , critical thinking & influencing skills
