The main goal of this job is to provide medical care to sustain health & life in the employer's manufacturing site, in case of an emergency and at the point of illness or injury. Based in the RSLF AUC in Al Kharj, the jobholder also shall help the employer to improve the quality of his medical care, in particular in preventive, occupational medicine provisions and medical activities.
- Assessing patients, providing emergency treatment and making diagnoses.
- Recognizes when patient care needs extend beyond the personal limits or ability and then consults appropriate resources.
- To perform 1st
aid, rescue measures and medical care in any case of emergency,
accident or comparable situation and to contribute to the employer's
occupational, preventive medical and safety related provisions and
activities, such as trainings or exercises.
- To support the
company doctor in his activities to monitor and maintain the health of
our employees. In particular, during medical checks for new employees
and frequent screening of those employees, which are working under
extreme industrial conditions.
- To cover as much as possible the need for professional 1st aid provision during all the working hours at the employer's site. This includes day-, late- and/or night shifts.
Skills• Should be certified by Saudi Arabia Government authorities to work as an paramedic
• Paramedic Education, Critical Care Assistant, Bachelor's degree or an equivalent in nursing.
• Obtaining at least two years' experience in same specialty.
• A caring and outgoing personality
• The ability to make swift decisions and stay calm
• Good communication skills
• Transferable Iqama
