Job Summary         
This position reports to the Assistant Director of Human Resources. S/he is responsible for the delivery of basic practice nursing services to the all Ladies & Gentlemen, and guests. S/he performs a variety of skilled work related to monitoring of long and short term conditions, and the provision of preventative health care to the L&G, the care delivered, demonstrating critical thinking and skills in clinical decision-making in the management of patients.      
The primary responsibilities of the role include:     
Hotel Clinic -         
Follows all SOP’s and performs duties as per task list. -         Prioritises health problems and intervene appropriately to assist the patient in complex, urgent or emergency situations, including initiation of effective emergency care -         Carries out other duties as required by management from time to time, such as but not limited to lateral service in other parts of the Human Resources or Hotel. -         Ensures excellent service and standards at all times as well as behaving in a professional manner when on and off duty -         Maintains complete knowledge and complies with all hotel and departmental policies and procedures -         Sets up workstation(s) with necessary supplies along with maintaining cleanliness throughout the shift.    
Area Ownership -         Is an ambassador for The Ritz-Carlton Company    
Training and Development -         Participates in ad hoc on-the-job individual and team training as needed, which is aimed to ensure that all team members have the adequate job and product knowledge -         Reports to Assistant Director of Human Resources to rectify any lack in knowledge immediately.    
Communication -         Maintains confidentiality of all employees information and pertinent hotel data -         Ensures that all communication with employees, visitors and colleagues is complete, accurate, engaging and positive -         Attends designated meetings, daily line-ups and communicate all challenges and successes with the rest of the team -         Promptly, accurately and consistently reports all employee incidents and how they were solved    
Other -         Performs all tasks as detailed in daily task list and check list -         Maintains cleanliness and tidiness of work area of all times -         Participates in work related project teams
