Chase Resourcing are delighted to announce our new partnership with a prestigious and well known hospital group in Saudi Arabia. Our client require the skills of a Senior Paramedic to provide oversight and guidance/direction to staff as assigned by the supervisor as well as providing basic and advanced life support care to sick and injured persons in pre-hospital and in-hospital setting consistent with the Hospital policies and protocols.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage staff to maximize the operations and the services of the department.
  • Liaise with different departments the operations and services of the Ambulance Services.
  • Develop and utilize triage skills to provide optimal efficiency during calls.
  • Manage project and programs independently as assigned and is accountable for outcomes to the department supervisor.
  • Assist in Quality Assurance and Quality Improvement in the department, which may include audit of patient run sheets, skill improvement, etc.
  • Follows all hospital related policies and procedures.
  • Participates in self and other’s education, training and development, as applicable.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
Education:
  • Bachelors’ Degree in Emergency Health Services with emphasis in Emergency Medical Services (EMS).
Experience:
  • Western EMS Licensure.
  • Five (5) years of Paramedic experience as a minimum.
  • Two (2) years of EMS management of supervisory experience.
  • Educational and project management experience preferred.

  • Applicants must be citizens of Europe, North America, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, or have current experience in those countries.
