Job Description
* To provide rapid intervention and management in the event of an emergency;
* To provide routine and emergency pre-hospital medical care within the Le Royal Meridien and Grosvenor House and immediate surroundings;
* To provide primary and on going health care;
* To provide information relating to medical, safety and health care issues;
* To assist with occupational health and safety issues in conjunction with the relevant department, thus maintaining health and safety standards;
* To maintain clear, accurate and updated documents pertaining to patient care, medical, health care and safety issues;
* To clearly and accurately communicate relevant information regarding patient condition and care on referral or patient for definitive care.
* To remain current with new medical, health and safety developments through literature, discussion forums and continued medical education.
* To follow any instructions from the Director of Security & Safety, Senior Paramedic, Security Manager, Director of Operations for both hotels or General Manager and Duty Medical Officer;
* Attend any training, workshops or meetings as requested by the Director of Security & Safety and Security Manager;
* Adhere to Hotel policies and procedures at all times;
* Not divulge any company information during or after employment;
* To ensure high standards of personal hygiene is maintained within the department;
*To ensure house rules follows;
* To be aware of all emergency procedures;
* To promote team work within the department and ensure equality at workplace is maintained without sexual discrimination and harassment;
* To strictly adhere to the hotels policy and medical standards of confidentiality and ethic;
* To perform all other tasks as requested by management;
