Description
Provide medical services to every Employee and its family member of the company.
Evaluate the company housing complex sanitation.
Manage daily operation of company clinic.
Routinely monitor the health condition and needs of the patient (Employees and its family member).
Providing guidance to paramedics in handling Employee medical treatment.
Assist paramedics in planning and manage activity at each clinic.
Provide recommendation to Sr. HR Manager regarding changes of medical policy and procedure.
(When advising employee to hospital), keep in contact to know the development of patient medical condition.
Related to procuring equipment/medical needs:
Assist in creating supplier and product specification, including price negotiation, how the procedure and condition of product delivery according to procurement procedure.
Recommend purchase.
-Cost management:
Regularly update cost account.
Planning and organize clinic operational cost.
Employee health and safety.
Checking to ensure all safety sign is placed accordingly.
Report all incident and accident to superior.
Built and maintain a good relationship with the medical team and other team
Ensure all working equipment is in a good and safe condition to use.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Medical.
Minimum 3 years experience in managing public medical services.
Supervision and management skills.
Cost management and control.
Understand accounting report system.
Computer literate (MS Words, MS Excel, MS Power Point).
