Duties and Responsibilities
• Ensures the correct management of the emergency cases
• Ensures good documentation of the patient clinical findings, vital signs monitoring and rational prescription in line with the protocols
• Ensures good communications amongst doctors, other medical personnel, ER staff, patients and patients’ family
• Carries-out the collection and analysis of quantitative and qualitative surgical data, using routine data collected, patient file to monitor quality
Skills
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of data management, personal and material hygiene, infection control, patient handling, drug dispensing and provision of medicines, malnutrition management, anaesthesia, epidemiology, rapid diagnostic tests, biomedical devices etc.
Qualifications
• Medical degree
• Previous experience in ER, orthopaedic Surgery or Paediatrics
• Fluent in English, Pashto and Dari
• Commitment to work with medical MSF standards
• Ability to follow a correct medical consultation process and perform a diagnosis without full technical support
• Ability to ensure a correct hospitalization process follow-up (ward round, case history management, presentation and discussion of complex cases)

FULL TIME / SCHEDULE : FULL TIME /ACCORDING TO ROSTER DAY AND NIGHT SHIFT
SALARY : THE GROSS SALARY FOR THIS POISTION IS 50, 235 AFN (NON-NEGOTIABEL)
