Description
This role reports to Asia Associate Medical Director – HR, based in Binh Duong Plant, serving as an expert medical resource and consultant to a diverse group of organizations and functions assuring medical priorities, mission, and vision are understood and assessing and building systems to deliver Health Systems Capability.
- Building and developing Site Health Systems Resources to deliver Health Systems Key Element (HSKE) capability for Binh Duong Plant.
- Direct personnel management and oversight of the Vibrant Living Health Center (VLHC).
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assure alignment of Vibrant Living Health Center (VLHC) work with the Global Medical Priorities, Vietnam Medical Action Plan, and Business Goals.
- Identify business and service issues, form plans/solutions, and recommend or implement corrective action.
- Assess effectiveness, quality, and delivery of Health Systems Programs.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement new programs as determined via the site risk assessment, health needs analysis, and business need.
- Assess compliance with mandated Regulatory and P&G Occupational Medical Testing Programs ( Enzyme, AGM program & Hearing program).
- Participate in the formulation of SOPs, CBAs, and procedures.
- Assess overall health systems capability through delivery of Health Service Key Element surveys, performance evaluations, customer surveys as required for the sites supported or managed, and assist site leadership.
- Integrate with diverse business customers.
- Participate in decision making regarding operational resources needed to deliver cost effective services (management of Vibrant Living Health Center).
- Develop and deliver presentations and training for business customers as appropriate.
- Work collaboratively with the other Vietnam site nurse to ensure consistent delivery and integration of service and support for all sites in Vietnam.
- Maintain expertise in Occupational Health Nursing and related fields.

Qualifications
- Registered nurse licensed to practice in Vietnam.
- Has occupational health nursing experience with industries.
- Good English writing, reading and speaking skills.
