Provide primary care to UK government staff and their families in Dhaka.


Professional Nurse who will work safely recognising own competencies with a willingness to develop own role to improve services.

Essential qualifications and experience

Evidence of Current nursing licence in Bangladesh or country of Nationality.
Nursing Degree minimum 2:2 from a recognised University.
Evidence of working in acute care for an international medical organisation in Bangladesh for at least 2 years in the last 5 or working in acute care for a medical organisation overseas for 2 years in the last 5 years.
Evidence of working in an emergency department or primary care facility for a minimum of 2 years in the last 5 years.

Must be able to provide evidence of continuous professional development of at least 35 hours over the last 3 years.

Desirable qualifications and experience
Will be able to produce a professional portfolio with reflective practice accounts.
Additional qualification in Emergency care or Primary Care.
Teaching/ mentoring qualification.
Knowledge of public health issues in Bangladesh.
Experience/ qualification in travel health.
