Job Description:

Responsibilities,

· Review training material that is being used by Accord Worldwide,

· Adhere to training operation manual of Accord Worldwide,

· Conduct training sessions as per the training operation manual of Accord Worldwide,

· Conduct training related other activities (e.g. support to students during course, reporting etc.)

· Conduct post training activities that relate to capacity building as per requirement of the program.

· Develop and refine core course modules comprising specific M&E competencies required



Job Requirements:

Qualification,

. Must be Medical Doctor degree holder
. Monitoring and evaluation training experience with focus on capacity building.
. Experience working with national & international organizations, including coordination and conduct of training and facilitation.
. Experience using and training on computer applications relating to portal-based data entry, verification, aggregation and reporting, as well as Microsoft Office applications.
. Excellent organizational, oral and written communication skills in English and DARI are mandatory (oral and written).
. Build effective coaching techniques
. Effectively communicate change
. Strengthen listening skills
. Recognize team success with enthusiasm
. problem-solving and negotiation skills;
. Effectively manage training schedules;
. personal commitment to improving your own knowledge and skills
. Must be trained as an adult trainer by reputable sources,

. Must be able to conduct adult training programs in interactive and competency based approach.
