Job description
Pulse International are looking to recruit a Assistant Nurse Manager for the Emergency Room of the 112-bed Hospital in Dammam, which is in the Eastern province of Saudi. This is one of a group of five hospitals located throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, together they make up one of the largest and most prestigious medical facilities in the Middle East.
With the mission, vision and values of the hospital, you will assume 24 hour accountability for overall unit management and for the delivery of quality nursing care to achieve optimal patient outcomes
The successful candidate for this post should be a Western trained, Registered Nurse, with 3 years clinical experience within this specialty and 2 years in a comparable leadership position. A Degree in Nursing is mandatory for this post. For cultural reasons, only female candidates will be considered for this post
