OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY
Under the supervision of Centre Incharge or Medical Officer, Nurse’s overall responsibility is to support and
assist the team leader in provision of all health services identified by the project and ensures the delivery of
high quality services at all services delivery points.
Major duties include:
• Assist team leader in organizing of mobile services, planning, community orientation and
preparation for mobile services
• Assist the Centre In Charge/ Mobile team leader in coordination and networking activities for
mobile services in community
• Supervise and coach other team members in the mobile services appropriately in their tasks
• Control, record and store medicine sub-stock
• Keep all medical equipment clean and operational for use
• Register all medical equipments
• Take part in training programme for SRH Promoters or other community group trainings
• Train other team members in infection prevention and take accountability for standard MSIP under
team leader supervision
• Train team members and update their SRH knowledge and skills related to their jobs
• Organize and assist in mobile and outreach service provision at satellite clinics
• Assist in medical and reproductive history taking from new clients and update the records of
returning clients
• Provide health education and counseling to community and target groups
• Ensure compliance of infection prevention guidelines with every client and every service
• Timely delivery of test specimens to the concerned laboratory
• Ensure cleanliness of centre and premises
• Ensure treatment of clients according to MSI clinical standard provided by clinical team
• To be sensitive and responsive about the need of the communities and to maintain a positive
clinic environment with the communities, partners and other relevant agencies
Requirements
• Diploma in Nursing or preferred B.N.Sc degree holder
• Valid Myanmar nursing license (Tha-Na-Tha)
• At least one year experience of sexual and reproductive health services

• Ability to work without close supervision
• Ability to work as a team member, and to work with people of different levels and background
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• Good in computer literate
• Ability to write the report
