Seeking a qualified candidate to fill the role of general surgeon for a UN operated clinic in Mogadishu, Somalia.
Responsibilities
This position requires an individual with specialized knowledge and experience related to the diagnosis, preoperative, operative, and postoperative management, including the management of complications, in nine primary components of surgery, all of which are essential to the education of a broadly-based surgeon.
Qualifications
University Degree in Medicine and Surgery
Postgraduate specialisation in General Surgery
Nationally certified to practice as a General Surgeon
Minimum of 3 year’s post specialization experience in General Surgery
Fluency in English
