We are currently looking for paramedics to work on various exciting projects offshore.
This role is pivotal in providing first aid treatment to all client employees reporting health concerns.
The responsibilities include:
•Providing acute health care to clients in a Remote/offshore setting to the standards set out by International SOS policies and procedures
•Demonstrate an understanding of all key clients' contractual agreements
•Organising and supporting aero-medical evacuations in liaison with Sydney Alarm Centre
•Perform health monitoring as agreed to client
•Administer drugs and immunisations as per Medical Director orders
•Liaise with all parties involved in the injury management of employees
•Achieve relevant objectives/KPI's as outlined by direct Manager
Required work experience:
•Extensive relevant experience as an acute care paramedic or registered nurse
•strong emergency and advanced life support skills
•BOSIET/HUET qualifications
•Aero-Medical evacuation experience ideal
•Strong clinical skills and experience in rehabilitating injured workers
