Job Description:
The Operations Director is responsible for process design, staffing, and operational oversight for provision of medical staff and supplies at customer remote locations worldwide. This position is accountable for establishing and operating quality mechanisms to assure all medic-staffing needs are met and deployed inventory is maintained to high customer satisfaction. The Director is required to establish relationships with subordinates, co-workers, customers, contractors and vendors necessary for service fulfillment to high customer satisfaction. The Director may be deployed to remote locations as needed for staffing or problem resolution.
