Participates in fire and emergency services activities including fire suppression, EMS, rescue, public assistance, fire investigation, fire prevention, pre-fire planning, fire company training, public education, clinical training and routine maintenance of apparatus, equipment and facilities. Supports Emergency Management functions as needed.
Will serve as a structural firefighter, airport firefighter, driver/operator, HAZMAT responder, and Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) on a scheduled rotation. If qualified, may serve as fill in Supervisory Firefighter.
Maintains National Registry EMT-Basic certification and CPR card as conditions of employment.
Obeys orders of officers, cooperates with fellow Fire Fighters, follows the orders of medical direction, presents a neat appearance and maintains good conduct.

DoD, IFSAC or ProBoard Fire Fighter II
DoD, IFSAC or ProBoard Airport Firefighter
DoD, IFSAC or ProBoard Driver Operator Pumper
DoD, IFSAC or ProBoard Driver Operator ARFF
DoD, IFSAC or ProBoard HazMat Awareness and Operations
Valid Driver’s License from country of origin
REQUIRED:
Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
1-5 years experience as Firefighter/EMT
PREFERRED:
One year experience in an overseas work environment
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
English – excellent reading, writing and speaking skills
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
High School Level
