We are currently seeking a highly experienced ALS Paramedic to work in the Clinic facility.
Main Responsibilities:
· Medical emergency on scene commander
· Oversee day to day clinic operations ensuring best medical practice
· To provide first aid and hospital care in the event of accidents
· Patient resuscitation and experience of severe trauma cases
· Review medical response procedures
· Coordinate the oversight and maintenance of all medical facilities and equipment
· To review requirement and implementation of occupational health policy
· To provide advice on medical emergency response issues
Requirements:
Essential:
· Valid Driver's License
· Ability to work effectively as part of a small team · Ability to manage individual tasks
· Understanding and ability to utilise a chain of command structure
· Experience of clinic management
· Qualified as an Advanced Life Support Paramedic (CCA/N.Dip/Btech/ECT)
· Previous experience in conducting training in first aid and pre-hospital medical care
· Demonstrated field based experience of administering Emergency Medical Care and Trauma Management
· Significant operational experience as a paramedic or medic with some experience as a remote sit or offshore paramedic
· Hold a valid HPCSA or Registering Body Certificate
· Recent ACLS/PALS/ITLS courses not expired.

Desirable:
· Good Information Technology skills
· Experience of preparing patients for aero medical evacuation
· NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety or Equivalent Experience
· Rescue qualifications and experience.
