Job Summary
Assist and monitor the quality assurance program
across the board during work in FMIC learning
principle in making policy and procedures to
provide quality care to patients, participate in
training, internal audit ,customer feedback
management, and closely liaison with health care
worker.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Assist in developing and implementation of
policies and procedures for quality health care
specially for Nursing division
• Monitor continuity of care for patients across
the hospital
• Participate in all JCIA and quality related
training activities
• Conduct post treatment customer satisfaction
survey
• Manage and record customer feedback
• Participate in internal and external quality
audits
• Ensure the implementation of the JCIA plans
• Meet regularly with supervisor for discussion
and updating information
• Initiate dialogue with different personnel and
department to resolve complaints and to review
performance to improve JCIA standards
• Investigate and follow up incident reported to
Quality Department
• Professional Attributes

o Keeps him/her self well groomed and observes
the uniform code at all times
o Demonstrates role model behavior at all times
o Demonstrates caring and supportive behavior
• Ensure that all quality improvement and patient
safety standards are met across FMIC
• Anny additional responsibility as assigned by
the supervisor
Qualification
• Graduate of an accredited Bachelor of Science
in Nursing (BScN) program is preferred
Skills
• To be goal oriented • Good interpersonal
communication skills to interact effectively with
customers • Able to read and write in English •
Computer literate
Language(s) required
• Able to read and write in English
