Change Internationals client, a leading provider of
offshore construction services globally now
urgently requires a fully qualified Doctor with a
PHD in Medicine to join them onboard their DP3
Pipelay vessel for around 2-3 trips initially. This is
an excellent opportunity to gain additional work
on a state of the art vessel and an excellent
company.
The vessel is currently working in Australian
waters.
As the vessels doctor you will be responsible for
the management of the vessels sick bay and a
team of Medical professionals. Responsibilities will
include but not be limited to:
- In charge of all medical care on site with weekly
safety awareness
- Providing Medical Care to all personnel present
on vessel
- Medical checks new hired personnel
- Providing medical treatment for injured person,
in charge of medi vac
- Assisting HSE Officer in Safety duties
- Assisting the Master in Administration duties
Requirements:
- Fully Qualified Doctor - OPITO approved BOSIET
OR HUET
- STCW Basic Safety Training
- Holding a Panama Seamans Book
- European, Canadian or Singaporean Passport
Holder (For VISA requirements)
- Able to commence employment around the
27th January
- Able to work on a 5 weeks on / off rotation
- Able to commit to 2 trips
Day Rate: Circa £450 GBP per day (negotiable)
