Job Description
Receives and records emergency and routine business calls.
Monitors alarm systems and initiates appropriate action upon activations.
Dispatches EMS response and/or contacts Mutual Aid Agencies, in accordance with prescribed procedures.
Facilitates communications with emergency vehicles, crisis management teams, Mutual Aid, Crisis Wardens and Business Continuity Management Team.
Verifies and validates all the contact details of level-3 Team, level-2 Team, Public Affairs Team, Human Resources Team, Business Continuity Team, Fire Wardens, and Crisis Wardens Mutual Aid.

Knowledge Skills and Experience
? Experience in communication, fire and paramedic or equivalent in the relevant fields.
? Computer literate all major software and Good typing speed
? Good verbal, communication and social skills are essential for this position along with an ability to demonstrate a sympathetic and caring approach.
? Should be excellent listener, able to analyze and interpret information
? Capable of working under tense situations.
? should remain calm when under pressure or dealing with distressed callers
? should be able to prioritize the work and make decisions quickly
? should be flexible, responding to changes in situations
? should able to maintain accurate records
