Cruise Ship Nurse - Short-term or ongoing

We are seeking experienced Nurses for seven-day assignments on cruise ships, departing from Southampton.
These are initially ad-hoc/as required assignments, with the potential to become permanent ongoing positions.
Our client is a leading cruise operator in the UK operating cruises to the Mediterranean, the Baltic, the Norwegian Fjords, the Caribbean, the Atlantic Islands, and round-the-world voyages.

Ships have 2, 3 or 4 Nurses, depending on the size of the ship, including a Senior Nurse and two Doctors.
There is always a nurse and a doctor on call, the nurse is the first responder who receives the initial 999 call, she/he will then contact the on call Doctor accordingly.
Daily Routine: Duty Nurse on call 8am - 8pm
Night Routine: Duty Nurse on call 8pm : 8am

Duties comprise passenger and crew clinics morning and afternoon, with an on-call rota shared amongst the nursing team at all other times.

Person requirements
Registered Nurse with full NMC registration
At least a three year A&E clinical background
Valid ALS / ACLS - AHA or UK Resus Council accredited
Current CRB/DBS within last year
