The core responsibility of a male nurse is to promote health for every patient.
- To monitor each employees symptoms and progress by checking vital signs, administer first aid, maintain lines and document patient concerns.
- Communication with physicians, specialists and hospital personnel is a key component of a male nurse's job.
- Male Nurse should report any concerns with a patient's physical, emotional and social well-being. These findings allow healthcare professionals to devise a suitable care plan for each patient.
- Should be able to ensure the upkeep of the clinic and maintain all required medicines in the required quantities at all times.
- Maintaining First aid log and submit to HSE department on a monthly basis
- Perform focus interviews to identify the patient needs
- Ensure to adhere to QHSE policy at all times.
Requirements
- Diploma in nursing from any recognized university and able to get medical council approval.
- Professional membership with any recognized medical bodies.
- 5 years of relevant experience in Engineering / Contraction companies
- Knowledge of medicines and medical equipment
- Knowledge of food safety and related diseases
- Certified Male nurse
- MS Office
- Good Communication
