International SOS Medical Services work with global organizations in assessing the health risks and safety of their onsite employees working in some of the most remote and difficult operational environments through out the world. Each remote site clinic provides both primary and emergency health care to the client’s onsite population.
THE POSITION
The Site Medical Advisor provides primary and emergency health care services to the local and expatriate population on site through the development of a quality focused general practice. You may also be required to provide medical evacuation support to onsite employees and/or local community. In addition you will be responsible for site specific community health and occupational health programs as determined by individual client contracts.
THE PERSON
* Full registration to practice medicine in country of origin
* Medical Doctor with at least 5-8 years of post graduation experience gained within primary and emergency medicine
* Current ACLS certification an added plus
* Current ATLS certification an added plus
* Experience with remote area and tropical medicine is desired
