Community Nurse Manager - Qatar - Permanent - Up to £50,000 pa. TAX FREE - Plus Benefits Package
Our client is the largest provider of healthcare in Qatar, based in Doha who is currently looking for a number of Community Nurse Managers to join their Mobile Healthcare Service which opened at the beginning of 2015.
This Nurse Manager will have three key aspects to their role: 1) they will lead and manage a small team of nurses working in
the community; 2) They will provide training and education within their specialist areas to nurses, paramedics and doctors as well as outside the ambulance service within the hospital group as a whole; and 3) Input into the clinical care and plans for specific patients in accordance with their specialist interest.
To apply for this role you must hold a Masters in Nursing (or field of health practice e.g. Mental Health) and a valid nursing license that meets the requirements for licensing in the State of Qatar, eg NMC.
A minimum of 5 years post nursing registration experience, at least 2 year community nursing experience , at least 1 year experience of teaching and education within the nursing field, preferably in: Diabetes, Tissue Viability, Respiratory (COPD, Asthma), Cardiology. Ideally candidates will also have a Post-graduate certificate or diploma in one of the listed areas.
