Job Description
You will be providing medical assistance for our associates and taking care of them. You will also assist Human Resources in facilitating medical insurances and municipal requirements related to health issues.
Ensuring all relevant associates have an OHC and monitors the renewal process
You will administer first aid and emergency care treatment to associates according to the safety and emergency procedures of the hotel during accidents and medical-related incidents.

Ensure all emergencies and accidents in the hotel and Staff Accommodation are fully documented and reports are given to HR Director.

Endorses and assists associates to nearest hospital/clinic part of the network for any additional medical treatment.

Assists on giving Induction Program to all new Associates with regards to Sickness Procedure and Health and Safety standards.

Coordinates with the Government Relation Manager to facilitate the medical checkup for new joiners necessary for residence visa application and/or food handler’s certificate.

Requirements
We are looking to appoint a Nurse for the stunning 5* Sheraton Dubai Mall of the Emirates Hotel in Dubai who thrives in a high pressured and rewarding team environment and is looking for a career with a hospitality leader. You will be responsible for caring for our associates well being and health.
Due to role requirements, the candidate must be registered Nurse with DHA License, and with Hotel experience in Dubai.
