As an Occupational Hotel Nurse, you will interacts, cooperates with colleagues in the hotel on all medical & health issues. Report to HRM any Colleague with unusual diseases and any occurrence of minor or major accident. Coordinates with Colleague’s Attending Doctor and follow up, discuss and plan the necessary intervention and care to be provided. Documents any pertinent information related to employee’s health status in the Medical file while preserving employee’s confidentiality. Provides health training to Colleagues and assist in maintaining optimum health. Participates and attends Training Programs for Colleague related to Health, Hygiene and Safety. Ensures safe administration of non-steroidal and non-narcotic medications to Hotel Colleagues and likewise establishes control on the usage of such. Provide primary health service to all colleagues and if required guest of the hotel. To be available at all times (especially during Emergency cases) while on duty to attend the medical needs. Obtaining Health Cards for all colleagues. Track daily the colleague visiting the clinic. Ensures all Colleague Medical Examinations are arranged and done periodically. Assesses Colleague’s general health condition and refer to appropriate Hospital or Health Centre for further management and treatment when necessary. Ensures adequate supply of medications and other necessary items in the Medical Clinic. Pays regular visit to the ladies and men’s accommodation and ensures condition is in compliance with Health and Safety regulations. Ensures that every Colleague conforms to the Hotel’s policy on Health, Hygiene and Safety. Launches approved programs related to health that could be of benefit to all Colleagues. Ensures that all Salalah, Oman Municipality guidelines are strictly observed and adhered to. Ensure proper maintenance of all medical equipment belonging to the Hotel Clinic and in the Hotel. Ensures First Aid Boxes are adequately stocked and checked in regular basis.Ensure talent resourcing such as posting, sourcing, matching & closing positions in Taleo & caterer global.HR communication cascaded relevant information to all colleague’s in all department. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Technical Skills:
Diploma in Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Registered Nurse
Solid computer skills, proficiency in the use of office software products (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
Excellent ability to effectively communicate in a clear and concise manner in English (both oral and written, Arabic knowledge being of strong advantage
