Here’s where you come in:
As Hospital Coordinator - Kuajok Hospital, South Sudan, you will be responsible for managing Health Pooled Fund (HPF) activities, planning, implementation, and monitoring. You will manage all security, logistics, and procurement issues, set up hospital governance board, reporting and coordination with Ministry of Health and other authorities, UN agencies, and international and national NGO partners.
You will report to the HPF Manager based in Kuajok for all operation and technical issues.
You will work in collaboration with the Programme Officer and Health and Nutrition Specialist, who will provide the necessary support for the successful implantation of HPF project at Kuajok State Hospital.
Requirements include:
At least 7 years of work experience in a busy secondary or tertiary level hospital as Hospital Administrator or Principal Nursing Officer.
Bachelor´s Degree in Nursing or Environmental Health Sciences or Health Care Management.
Previous experience of working in South Sudan and ability to work in areas of limited resources.
A good understanding and experience of working with County Health Officials, State Ministry Officials, Donors and UN agencies and the health system in South Sudan.
Experience in Project Management and Monitoring.
Experience in Pharmaceutical Management.
Excellent reporting and writing skills.
